Refund & Return Policy:

Our commitment is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every order. We handle your delivery with the utmost care and attention, but in the rare event that an issue arises, we are here to address your concerns promptly. Our customer service team is well-trained to respond and determine an appropriate resolution for you.

Refund:

  • Cancellation 5 days before the delivery date: Customers will receive a full refund after deducting a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellation 3 days before the delivery date: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before the delivery date: No refund will be issued.

Return & Replace:

If, for a valid reason, the customer is dissatisfied with an item, the item may be replaced if the recipient returns the delivered item within 3 working days. However, refunds are not applicable in such cases.

We will promptly replace the item under the following conditions:

  1. Faulty items.
  2. Items damaged in transit.
  3. Items cannot be exchanged with any other item.

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items to qualify for a replacement.
